An undermanned Jets side was soundly beaten by a Sharks side that was also missing some key players, but wanted the ball more and ran out with a comfortable win. The Jets defenders worked hard and helped minimize the damage, and the forward line functioned reasonably well, but the Sharks dominated the clearances with Freddie Schulin leading the way with an unbelievable game.

These sides next meet in the Grand Final on May 23, and the Jets have some work to do if they are to hold onto the SCAFL Wallaby Cup.
